At Getcomfortable we understand that our business may have an effect on the local, regional and global environment.

We aim to meet our customers needs with efficient and sustainable use of energy and materials, to minimise the environmental impact of our services, and to encourage our customers and suppliers to do the same.

Green Waste

Where possible, we aim for efficient waste management, whether it's recycling responsibly or reducing fuel consumption. For instance, we try to use energy saving light bulbs where possible, switch off unnecessary lights, print double-sided and ensure we only print out emails when absolutely necessary. Whenever possible we choose to use public transport or walk to our meetings.

We send our quotes, invoices and designs by email where possible, cutting down on paper waste and needless postage. We also reuse packing boxes and bubble wrap from deliveries, again cutting down on waste. We've even been known to sell items on Ebay when we have a clear out, so that someone else can benefit from the things we were going to throw away!

Green Print

We can offer a green print service to our environmentally conscious clients. Our print suppliers use inks that are vegetable rather than oil based, and ensure that their waste paper and aluminium is recycled responsibly. They are responsible in their waste disposal of chemicals and use paper sourced from sustainable forests.

Green Future

Although this all sounds well and good, we know we can improve our environmental effort. We're always on the look out for new ways to save on waste, energy and reduce our carbon foot print and will encourage our clients to do the same.
